Description: The annual Crop Hunger Walk is an important fund-raiser for fighting hunger locally and nationally. Please contact family members and friends and ask them to sponsor you on the walk. You may also participate as part of a team through your church or temple. Twenty-five percent of the money raised will remain in the area to combat hunger and fund programs to aid the homeless. Please register at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church at 8:00 a.m. to begin the 2.4 mile walk at 8:30 a.m. Contact person for further information: Julie Brumana, Church World Service, 626-296-3195 Co-sponsor ed by the SCV Interfaith Council.
