Description: Santa Clarita United Methodist Church begins collecting items for care packages beginning in October, the packages are then packed on Sunday Nov. 11. Everyone is invited to donate items such as socks, paperback books, candy, etc., etc and then join us for packing day. Free lunch will be provided as well. It's a fun way to send some love to our soldiers during the holidays. Call the church office at 661-297-3783 for a more complete list of items needed or to get more information on the event.
