Can you help this lost dog find a forever home?
By Carl Petersen

Avery is a great example of why you should have your pet microchipped. This loveable dog was found wandering the freeway and his owner could not be found. Fortunately, he was saved by AyeChiMomma pet rescue and now needs someone that will commit to giving him the permanent home that he needs. He has been very playful with his foster siblings and would enjoy a home with other dogs.

You can visit Avery at the weekly Sunday adoption event at the Petco in Granada Hills. They are located at 10819 Zelzah Avenue in the Granada Village shopping center next to Sprouts. The hours are 11:00 to 5:00. If you have any questions, you can also leave a comment on this blog.

Good news! I just got word that someone filled out the adoption paperwork for Avery today. He has plenty of other buddies, both big and small, who need homes and will be at the adoption event tomorrow.
