This is a mistake; having many “micro-influencers” will generate numerous ripples that together increase your chances of conversions. Micro-influencers may not have huge followings like celebrities, but their audiences may actually trust them more.

4. Get the Timing Right

Influencer marketing will fail if you don’t get the timing right. You need to send out a message to your influencers and synch with them on the best time to launch a hashtag. It’s usually best to start a hashtag campaign at a time when competition is low, since this increases the chances of its going viral.

5. Measure Your Results

Everything is a waste if you are not tracking outcomes properly. It is recommended that marketers set proper KPI’s, such as the number of followers, likes, comments, organic visits, and so on, that can be compared before and after an influencer marketing campaign.
